Notification Types Defined

New Lead (API)* – This notification is sent when a new lead is created via an API integration – an example could be a website lead, if your website has been integrated with RLM.

New Lead (Manual)* – This notification is sent when a new lead is created manually.

Lead Assigned – This notification is sent to a user when a lead is assigned to that user. We recommend keeping this notification type turned on for all users.

Lead Reassignment Request* – This notification is sent to a managerial user when a user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) who was assigned a lead has requested the lead be re-assigned to another user.

Lead Updated – This notification is sent to a lead’s ‘Assigned To’ user when the lead is updated by another user with the Change Stage, Edit, Attach Files, and other functions. We recommend keeping this notification type turned on for all users.

Lead Sale* – This notification is sent to a managerial user when another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) changes a lead’s stage to a “Sold – Job in Progress” stage, a “Completed Sale” stage, or another similar Lead Sale stage. This notification will only be sent the first time the lead is moved into any Lead Sale stage.

Lead No Sale* – This notification is sent to a managerial user when another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) changes a lead’s stage to “No Sale” or another similar Lead No Sale stage.

Lead Dead* – This notification is sent to a managerial user when another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) changes a lead’s stage to “Dead” or another similar Lead Dead stage.

Lead Deleted* – This notification is sent to a managerial user when a lead (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) has been deleted.

Daily Agenda – This notification is a list of all tasks assigned to a user that are due on that particular day. The daily agenda also includes any past due tasks assigned to a user that have not been completed. We recommend keeping this notification type turned on for all users. Daily Agenda notifications may be truncated and will direct you to log into the system to see all items within a particular agenda section.

Daily Stalled – This notification is sent to a user when an assigned task (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) has not been updated and is subsequently past due. Any lead at the Unassigned, Assigned, or Accepted stage – whether a task is associated with it or not – will also generate a stall notification. We recommend keeping this notification type turned on for all users. Daily Stalled Notifications for managerial users will also include all stalled items for the users within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines. Daily Stalled notifications may be truncated and will direct you to log into the system to see all items within a particular stalled section.

The following notifications apply only to the Customer Management Module:

Contact Deleted* – This notification is sent to a managerial user when a Contact has been deleted by another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines).

Company Deleted* – This notification is sent to a managerial user when a Company has been deleted by another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines).

Please Note: The system will not notify you about the actions you perform in the system, i.e. you will not receive a Lead Assigned notification if you assign a lead to yourself.

*Indicates a managerial user notification. Only users with “Business Manager”, “Business Admin”, and “System Admin” User Roles can receive these notifications.
